They are giving enough time to close the offer to allow WND Management to keep their promise and send shareholders the best offer by yearend 2012.
Now we know what the WORST offer is.
There is nothing to stop WND from bringing us the best offer and that could be a sweetened offer by Brookfield. Monday will be interesting.
