Take a pill, Peter Brookfield isn't stealing anything. There are rules and they are following them.
Jeff will do his fiduciary duty and I expect he will get us a better offer, because the company is worth more than $2.50. I then hope that Brookfield bids higher, and that there are a whole series of better bids before Xmas.
Brookfield is trying to force some action and giving WND plenty of time to come up with higher offers.
Your assertion that I don't own WND shares is yet another illustration that you make stuff up and possibly have a faulty memory. I have stated I owned shares a number of times recently. But I guess you know better than me or you have decided you won't believe me because it doesn't fit your favorite paranoid delusions.
