Did you listen to the ame call and read the same reports that I did?
The revenue this Q was extraordinarily low because the wind was abnormally weak, as Jeff explained. This reduced revenue by about 1/3.
He also explained why this makes no difference to the amount that buyers will bid... because they will pay based upon the study of historically verified 20 year wind speed projections.
