Lets assime the number is correct and bidders take that figure
Than using 48 m x 10 = 480 m is the selling price
I am giving this a higher valuation than most however paying 10x earnings would give the purchaser a 10 percent return on invested capital
A five yerar return is the de facto standard
Buyers will look at their own capital structure as a model to finance and will look at roi from that view
