I have their circular, included in the complete SEDAR filing, saved on my hard-drive so I can refer to the facts in it about their offer and what they say about deadlines, buying more shares, etc. I am going to keep it until we received much more than $2.50 for the shares because it may come in handy and it costs me nothing to keep it around.
So, should you find you need facts in the document, at some point, you can download the document from SEDAR.
