Did you know that there is still no record of Brookfield ever filing as an Insider of WND due to its owning more than 10% of the shares? The Regulation specify that you have 5 days to file after you buy the shares.
I have complained to the BC and Ontario Securities Commissions.
The rules also say that Brookfield must immediately file if they buy any more shares. I wonder if they are ignoring that Regulation too.
