RE: EXCEPT THIS CLAUSE AGROSS

RE: EXCEPT THIS CLAUSE AGROSS

Which clause is that, Prob?

I though I commented on that. I will put it another way.

The Wind farms that are earning money, plus Yabucoa are worth so much compared to the projects at earlier stages of development, that the newly passed legislation will not change how much shareholders get for WND by more than a few pennies.

Is anything about that opinion unclear?

The companies that are bidding for WND are companies mostly interested in buying established electricity producers with a known and predictable cash flow. They tend to leave it up to small, poorly financed, dedicated development companies to struggle with all the thousands of details needed to develop a project to the point where it can be quickly built and made operational.

While there may be some companies interested in WND's specific early development projects, they may not be the ones willing to pay TOP dollar for the ones that are already developed and earning income. It is the latter (and Yab) where well over 90% of the WND value lies.
