when is bidding over i think this last offer by brookfield is not worth the time to even consider if they can announce bids at
random then why cant the legal bidders or the board give us information even if this prcedure will be
done this year or next year . my understanding it would be done in 3 stages we dont even know after 6 mo.
what stage were in and they are now talking about letting new ones in but who knows what stage they
will be in this should have been done and over with long ago something is wrong.
