Exactly eljoro,.  why in the heck would anyone who is still holding be interested in selling for $2.60 when they could have of loaded earlier between $2.60 -  $2.80  ... other than messing with shareholder confidence this makes no sense.

Brookfield is obviously very interested, they keep saying one thing indirectly then doing another and I'm sure they will keep this kind of hijinks going for as long as the others are all wrapped up in the legitimate process.

Personally I definitely wont be even close to happy sub $3.

I hope this nickle and diming bites them in the butt,. I think Id almost give a discount to anyone but Brookfield buying the company. :)
