the way I meant is that it would become part of BEP and no longer a public company with its own stock. We can assume that, if BEP wants to control it, it alway wants to own all of it. Why buy a small bargain when you can buy a big one?

But Jeff and the friends and family control more than 10% and they will not sell cheap, although they will likely sell at the right price. If Brookfield suckers people into selling them shares at $2.60, they will be likely to have to offer much more to take the whole company.
