Anyone? I have never seen anyone on this board even attempt to do a cash flow or a valuation analysis.
Is it that not one person here is capable of attempting it, or is it that every time they do, they come up with the same conclusion as I did?
The poster agrossfarm said that he did, but would never back up his conclusions with actual numbers and facts.
And now, he has vanished?
It really doesn't say much for the usefulness of this board, if I am the only one doing the work.
