The special committee doesn't have to present an offer to the shareholders until the Rothschild process is complete. And that is a long ways off yet, as many have posted that they were told Yabucoa will take at least another month.
So it seems the choice is between taking the sure thing from BEP, the $2.60, or holding out for the hope that Rothschild is successful. I remain on the fnece, for an hour or so yet.
