LEGAL ACTION Is anyone here practicing law? For real now, no couch potato lawyers! Do we have any grounds for a shareholders suit against Brookfools regardless of the outcome of this tendering fiasco? I for one am seriously concerned with how they have conducted business thus far. False and misinformation in news releases; not conducting or releasing a proper valuation as requested by WND because the request was made too late?! The OSC should be taken out in the street and (they won't allow me to use the word) on for being USELESS!! Seriously though, is there any grounds for legal action here? We can't all just be pylons in their chess game.
