I think Jeff will be kicking himself if BEP just makes it over 50%. It is likely that e-mail may have been the reason for some to swithch their position to tendering. An e-mail like that,in my opinion, could affect how people view Jeff's judgmenet. If BEP is close but not quite there, it is likely they will make one last push. It is difficult to see them walking away if they are that close.
