Will be close

Will be close

The pre-payment of the change of control provision has always raised my eye brows.  The answer Jeff gave on the conference call did not satisfy me.   Regardless of how you feel about Konrad, his last article did not help Jeff's cause and Jeff's subsequent e-mail to Konrad did not help Jeff's cause either.  I think Jeff will be kicking himself if BEP just makes it over 50%.  It is likely that e-mail may have been the reason for some to swithch their position to tendering.  An e-mail like that,in my opinion, could affect how people view Jeff's judgmenet. If BEP is close but not quite there, it is likely they will make one last push. It is difficult to see them walking away if they are that close.
