but management has managed to get the share price up, it may be because we were so under valued that Alq just had to try  but the fact remains that management made it possible through hard work and good decisions. They are not finished working for us either.

nakate, management never gave a rats a$$ about us, its always been me myself and I for them with their generous stock options and warrants,and now that they are in hot water all of a sudden they care about us??? cmonnn what kind of company is this when the management is not even a majority shareholder?? usually they owe(or control) at least 51% so stuff like this doesn`t

Studpuppy - I do understand what you are saying and do agree in part they were only looking after themselves - this  is only better for us regardless - I don't think Jeff and the boys are going to loose out on what they imagined the company was going to be worth - they will not settle for $ 2.50 and will press to sell for more than that regardless of us shareholders - they will look after
