Interesting that Robert McWhirter is caling it now. Last time he called it was when WND was at the bottom, climbing it's way out of .57. If his track record for calling bottoms on such stocks perseveres, perhaps he is anticipating good things to come for WND.

1. Not very shareholder friendly 2. Mgmt and BOD make a ton of cash. 3. Mgmt doubledips with outrageous salaries PLUS bonuses for projects that they are supposed to do anyway. 4. Incentive to sell not there because of - see item 2. 5. Transparency is lousy. Say it ain't so. I never would have guessed!

I think he sees value in the company, but is a bit confused by why management did not entertain other bids when the AQN bid came out; and belives this is attributed to the high paying salaries and bonuses of management and BoD. Can't blame him, but he does believe there is much value to be realized in the company overall.

Did McQuirter try to get WND to use the Catch the Wind tech? Did he suggest this in a public forum or on bnn?

Who cares. By the way I have been to their facility. Catch the Wind was experimental. Maybe they have developed their product that moves the turbine since I was there. They are 4 miles from my house. Cash flow, not tangents will finally value WND.
