does stock price matter

Can anybody tell me how stock price can change the value of wnd. to the buyer

it seems to me wnd is worth its net assets any profit after expenses will determine

what the stock is worth or is the wrong way to look at it!!!!

would somebody explain does stock price have any effect on wnd. when it is sold I belive the share price will be some part of the sale price please someone tell me if im wrong.
