Valuation
Guys - I had the opportunity to speak with Jeff today regarding some concerns - I have been a long time shareholder and own a good chunk of shares so I want to protect my asset here - with the current board in place Jeff feels he can get $ 3.75 to $ 4.50 a share on the sale - personally I think he is being conservative but the value is definitely there. With the dissedents offering to liquidate at $ 2.50 a share and look after themselves and screw the regular shareholders it is very important we all send in our proxies and support Jeff and current management - it is in all of our best interest to protect the value of the company and what we all invested in so we get the reward we have been waiting for. oko when and how do we recive the proxy sheet i have over 35,000 shares and jeff has mine if i recive something on the vote

mipowell - I generally recieve mine in the mail and then you have the option to fax in or do it on line for voting purposes.

OK THAT'S IT !!!! What is it about the word 'RECEIVE' that you guys don't get ?? It's not 'recive' or 'recieve' !!!!!!!!! The rule is as follows: ' I before E except after C'. I am off the beer fridge. Have a nice weekend.
