I think that the minimum offer at this point from Brooksfield will be around $2.75, and shortly after, we are going to see the other bidders follow suit and pile their bids on top of that until the mountain hits around $3.50-$4.00 range (including Yabucoa). Certainly, north of $4 would be great, but, this proxy battle is costing us time and resurces that otherwise could be going into developing ...more

Could the halt be related to legal action against Savitr for the inappropriate use of the WND trademark?

you would not halt a stock for that reason, the infighting on that matter is side bar
