Probability, the actual probability of that statement (to which I referred) actually coming to pass, is less than 100%. Saying it doesn't make it so. It makes it very probable though. If you don't see that, I would have to guess that you have not been an investor long enough to see managements and Boards change their minds. Sometimes they do it in good faith because conditions have changed ...more

I hope you are old enough to remember fantasy island They put out a news release stating they will present the highest bid to shareholders ... if the highest bid is $2.25 we decide Thats it if they put in a News releaase and dont follow through at whatever the bid is .. every shareholder would have the right to the shareprice on the day of the release Now before you get your undies in a twist ...more

"You make a statement like that in  NEWS RELEASE you are bound to it" unless something material changes that makes it so your fiduciary duty requires otherwise.  IMO the Board will fulfill their pledge but I am not naive enough to think that there is no chance that they won't. The future is not a sure thing as most people named "Probability" would understand. You ...more

No they would have to let us vote on the highest bid They specified no matter what the market conditions are . We are getting a bid thats a fact Jeff wants the biggest bid . I agree though never trust a news release I am not an over the top $4+ poster .......... but I do intend to add $2.40 area . Even if I just get another dime by years end I am satisfied

To the guy who said I am not a "4+ pumper", you made me laugh soooo hard! The base case for a buy out is 350/70million shares is $4.50/share. So how do you even figure anything below $4bucks? Yes, I built the Timmy on Fantasy Island, which is where Ricardo used to come in and order Da plane and a double double every morning.    What I would like to know is what this means? "We are getting a bid thats a fact Is this a statement about the future or about what already happened?
