If you were to ball park a purchase price would $3 seem plausible

That is the low end of my expectations based upon EBITDA for the 3 existing and predictable stream of money, plus a modest amount from the solar project discounted for the time it takes to get it producing. Plus, $3 is where the CEO bonus kicks in.  Even Cormark, which supported the dissidents, believes that current management will be able to sell for at least $3.
