Good point Probability, the seven other parties that are still in the bidding process are seeing what is going on right now. I'm sure if one of them wants us bad enough they will make a move.

I may be naieve here but why exactly is the price at $2.50 now? What is the worst case scenario,.... -  Brookfield get the company at $2.50, in which case the downside of holding is pretty minimal other than the opportunity cost of holding and waiting. - The other possible worst case scenario is that Brookfield walk away and either     > no one steps up in the end , which I
