I am going to sit this one out, and definitely NOT tender to Brookfield's offer.
If enough fools are weak enough to tender, and Brookfield wins, I still get the $2.50 when they take up the remaining shares.

If Brookfield loses (most likely), I still have my shares unencumbered by a failed tender, and will wait for another offer.

But hopefully, the decision will be rendered moot by Jeff getting the deal done by Monday.

Peter ! Why are you still here if its so bad ? Why can't you go over to your beloved BlacKberry forum and talk about the new phone ?? and how wonderful the operating system is . I hope we see some news today ? Its going to be a TOUGH day if we don't ! I wish i had some more cash this morning !!
