ENOUGH

I have been a sh of wnd for some time and an observer of sh for about a year.

Ihave been a witness to these slimy frontal attacks of management by frontmen like 'Furious George Slitherman' to discredit the value of this 'poorly run/managed/valued' company that for some uk reason($$$$$?) want to buy and control. Dont be swayed by the bullying and second guessing, you are looking at a company built to where it is by a board that should be given credit for effort to date against these current challenges.

If wnd had been left alone prior to the severe downtrading/sidetrading of last year forward, this sp would undoubtably be currently in the 4$+ range and still on the upward slope.

The vote against green in the proxy was correct for all the above reasons.

Give Jeff the support of continuing even if it meant voting against "highest' bid and letting him drive this whole company higher where it rightfully belongs. These off shore hired hitmen should not be viewed as sh saviors.

It speaks to the kind of people who hire them.

Hold firm and reasonable and resist criticism and let Rothchild do its job.

What do you mean A to B clarification.  What else is there  to tell. There is a process going on with at leat 10 interested parties. This process has  been explained.  Management has already indicated that it wants to close Puerto Rico first to maximize value.  The NR's have already indicated that  Brookfield's involvement has been a wet blanket ...more

Why is this all happening? Because the market miss priced the security and the sharks figured they could swoop in, scoop up a bargain  and flip it for a quick buck.  They still want the company and they are still low balling the price. The frustration levels are rising and a few are losing it.
