when is bidding over

i dont know about the rest of you but i feel a date must be set to end the

bidding for this co. so some bids can be released .the only thing i have read on time

to do these type transactions was by wnd. who said it took brookfield 2 years on

there last purchase i dont know why they would use brookfield for any kind of

reference for anything!!!!

The companies in the data room will not table a bid until BEP is dealt with as BEP can throw a wrench into the sales process(hence the "chilling effect". DO NOT TENDER and maybe BEP will stay true to their word and walk away, clearing the road for a real offer.  If they don't walk away, they offer more. win/win for shareholders if we DO NOT TENDER
