Big month

 repeat after me .... as a trader /investor if I do not get anything concrete from WND I will take the best reality I can 

so hold off as long as you want but base the final choice on ACTUAL events ,,,,

The reality at this point in time is that we the shareholder have 9 more days for a better offer to come. So why not wait? The worst thing that can happen is that Brookfield will just extends the offer again.

well that is not the worst thing , but they do seem to want it bad  maybe they up the bid and it will be a victory

Hence the idea of a few of the skitterish who tendered to untender and send the squirming back to the other end of the deal.

I guess BEP does not to bid against themselves (again). So the only thing keeping them in check is the significant independent shareholders "demanding" a better deal. Does BEP really believe shareholders were waiting for the OSC ruling before tendering?   They could probably wrap this up for $2.75 all cash. Keeping the offer at $2.60 is a bit of an insult. If such a small increase in their bid would lock in the deal, why wouldn't BEP just do it? Even more telling, is if WND is worth $5/share like some of the morons on this board so loudly proclaim, why haven't any of the numerous ...more

Jeff has responded to a few saying mid March at earliest for Yab  I suspect something BIGGER may be cooking
