Awfully Quiet

On WND's website: Generally the management is more than quick with news releases. What happened now, not even a comment about BEP extending the offer ???...

BEP slowly, but surely,  taking this over.

That explains the deafening silence on WND's part.

Modgil have you bought those 200,000 shares yet? Easy money you say. Well under your $2.55 ACB. Come on now.

Modgil, an open buy all the way up to $2.55 would easily get you your 200,000 shares if you wanted them. What changed from last night Modgil? Talk is cheap I guess. Or maybe you don't think BEP will succeed at $2.60. Maybe that is it?

Really Impega ??.... Have you seen the ask size depth !!.... Check before you post.. You wish BEP will not succeed. Why don't you go and try to find a better offer than 2.60 for us, shareholders, rather than posting this useless drivel.   LOL !!

The useless drivel was that you were going to buy 200,000 shares. You said it. Are trying to be a big player like Canack Shack? Or just sound like one. Step up man.

Yes, us hardnosed researchers, when we don't have information, make stuff up, just like our idol, Modgil. Jeff hasn't called me today to complain about the people who are foolish enough to believe Modgil's baseless conclusions, so he must actually agree with them. Same evidence & same quality of conclusion. If you are going to tout for Brookfield, you don't have to worry about ...more

Great work impega and degus !! Get back to work you idiots and try find us a better offer than 2.60. Looking at the length of your last post degus, I am not sure why the company is paying you your "fat" salary. Attacking people who are asking real, valid questions here about WND strategy is not going to help you get a better offer. I find you getting very deffensive about Jeffy in your ...more

Modgil you've been here since Feb. 10th with a message to tender to Brookfield. You don't think it is obvious why you are here? Still not too late to grab those 200,000 shares. Then you can tender those to BEP and help them out with their takeover. No risk and easy money. Right Modgil. Step up man.

"The Bid Circular allows Brookfield to purchase around 3.5 million shares (5% of total outstanding). They own about 16%, leaving about 60 million shares that they don't own. They therefore need a total of ~30 million shares to win their tender. They are allowed to buy 5% of the total shares, so if they took this option, they would only need about 26.4 million shares in total." ------ ...more
