NEWS!!!VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Consolidated Magna Ventures Ltd. (``Magna'', symbol CMV:CDNX) and PODbook.com Ltd. (``PODbook''), Magna's wholly owned subsidiary, are delighted to announce that Magna's Board of Directors has given its approval to expand the Company's SkinnyScript(TM) technology into the print ad management (PAM(TM)) marketplace.
The Companies now a have clear mandate to pursue the application of SkinnyScript(TM) to a library system for the online distribution of print ads and the provision of a web-based reporting, monitoring and tracking system. Whether the Companies do this through an alliance with an ISP or develop it in-house or as an acquisition is simply a matter of economics and all possibilities are being evaluated. ``The small size of the SkinnyPDF(TM) and SkinnyEPS(TM) files provides us with a unique key to create a whole new method of commerce'', says CTO Daniel Walters.
The Company is now actively pursuing clients using examples of its recently produced publications as proof of the print quality.
Consolidated Magna Ventures Ltd. relies on litigation protection for statements that are not historical facts but are forward-looking statements involving known and unknown risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to vary materially from the targeted results.
