Is it possible they hit something pretty decent and are just holding/delaying the announcement for a better market environment? Although, I don't believe companies should do this type of behavior, as long as they keep on working to advance the exploration and thus the project, I guess it is semi-acceptable for a very short while.
I think all these companies in this area owe it to the shareholders to get things done or forfeit their paychecks. We all have bills to pay and can't just not do something without suffering some kind of consequence.
I'm a shareholder in WSR and MC and am getting sick of the delays(especially on MC's part....you know 'it's a bad market and we're stalling till sept before we do anything' type of behavior' ). MC has been promising stuff for awhile and they seem to be waiting for WSR to come out with their assays in the jv with Metalex. I know companies want to save money but this is getting ridiculous.
