Recirculating systems and pipelines are becoming the norm. Collect of overflows and accurate controls of usage is the future. Companies like WWT are the future. The beauty of the Waterways story is that water will not need to be moved more than before . Water is heavy and costly to move and a BIG political football.
The whole water situation is much better solved by using the supply better and that's where micro irriagtion comes in and better filtration and reuse.
