If i were a Canadian, i would have made criminal charges against several posters here. I.e. "Azadi", who always appears before news and tells BIG lies as information (2 bbls light sweet oil).
If several people would do that and collect some of the posts from the pumpers, the attorney would have enough proove, that there is an organization behind the pumpers and could investigate SH.
That they became active against Agoracom is the proove, that they want to get these criminals. They destroy the credibility of Canada as market place and if SH provides the platform for them instead of trying to suppress that behaviour, then SH is under investigation sooner than they may believe.
This only happens on boards, that tolerate that. And since SH is the biggest one for TSX.V companies, they play a massive role in opinion shaping. I'm sure the attorney would be glad to receive circumstantial evidence. But for that, people must collect and contact him.
It ALWAYS makes a big difference if one person complains or if ten persons raise circumstantial evidences.
