This (allowance for exxon) has been contradicted by other reports however. The reports have also mentioned oil & gas...not only gas. Let's see if anything is confirmed in Erbil (oil & gas conference) starting sunday. WZR (Mcintosh) speaks monday. As for Shahristani....i think his campaign is finished. Exxon has been threatened with losing their rights to the huge southern field but it's just noise. Exxon will get what they want....other majors will follow, with or without the law. I'm intrigued with this Moor Creek though...speculation, but interesting nonetheless.
