not4;   Agreed but WZR depend solely on TLM to release data and the KRG to allow its distribution.  The other issue is that the question of finding hydrocarbons with K-2 is moot. There definitely will be hydrocarbons and there definitely will be a flare.  But, hard data on liquids ( as what else matters? ) beyond the perimeter wire during testing is very likely to be very opaque.  Test runs will be to tankage IMO and no-one is going to get within Kalashnikov-range of K-2 when the tests are being run.
