nel; It is easy to see now who is partly responsible for suppressing the WZR SP. Raymond James quoted from the Herald piece;'...added that drilling costs are enormous in northern iraq'. 'Enormous?' - substantial yes and not out of kilter with similar Middle East fields when they were in exploration mode. RJ fail to state for balance; that WZR are receiving $57 per bbl net of all costs for their fully-paid S-1 Jeribe production running at 6K bbls/day, Garmian BIR cost restitution imminent, eventual total cost recovery etc.
