Feb. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Legal deal reached to pay charges of foreign oil companies working in Kurdish region, Aswat al-Iraq reports, citing statement from National Alliance chairman.

* Ibrahim al-Jaafari chaired meeting between National Alliance, Kurdish Alliance to resolve payment dispute; Iraqi Oil Minister Abdul Kareem al-Luaibi attended: Aswat al-Iraq

* Both sides agreed on legal form for payment from extra income of central government, provided that Kurdish region exports oil without stoppage

* Kurdistan’s largest oil exporter DNO up as much as 4.6% today; partner Genel up as much as 1.7%; near session highs

* NOTE: Kurdistani government said Jan. 29 it would resume oil exports to Turkey by truck
