Re b) I believe some oil from Saqala 1 is given to  KRG in the past and it is currently producing 11500bbl/d.  40% of that belongs to WZR and that amount is comparable to some shale producers with 20 wells.
Re D) Unfortunately I can't  find this in my notes but from memory there was a mention in Annual forms that they negotiated in 2005 (?) for their PSA and the oil price at that time was 50$/bbl. They continued with writting that their business plan is desined in that price.
