Sentiment certainly feels positive. I take heart in a strong undercurrent of recommendation....the issue of Brent or WTI or Henry Hub is out of our control. But it can be said that if global hydrocarbon analysts are writing, the price could soon be rising. How soon? Is anyone's guess.
