Thanks Shawshank - I tried to purchase some yesterday on my RBC Action Direct Interface using the  V.PSYF.P  symbol, and it did not recognize it.  Using what little skill I have, the V is for venture exchange, but it didn't recognize any or all of those characters. I do not now what the suffix P is for, Pharma maybe?  Sometimes, a newly minted stock listing has an alias

The .p means it's a capital pool company - a special purpose entity with no business other than to find an active business that is looking to go public and do a transaction with them. Shareholders of the CPC may get lift by investing in the CPC.  This company is seeking target companies in the psychedelic space.  You should read the prospectus on sedar.

Yes it is, and clearly I made a mistake droping $20K at such an early, unsubstntiated stage. If I had of simply purchased Numinous instead of  GHP Noetic, I'd already be in the $$$, large.  So what does this all mean? Maybe I should merge my Fungi Operations into this Shell? Please advise. All we need is a license to produce from Health Canada, Psylisiban is water soluble, so
