Xali Gold Corp. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company that has gold and silver projects in Peru and Mexico. It operates in three geographical areas: Peru, Mexico and Canada. Its Mexican Properties include El Oro Hard Rock, El Oro Tailings and El Dorado Project. Its Peruvian Properties include Tres Marias. Its flagship asset, El Oro Project, is a gold project encompassing the gold-silver epithermal vein system in Mexico. The El Oro project covers 20 veins with past production and more than 57 veins in total, which consists of approximately 6.4 million ounces of gold and 74 million ounces of silver. The El Dorado Property is located in the Pacific Coastal Plain, State of Nayarit, approximately 50 kilometers (km) south of the SDA Plant. The Tres Marias Property is located in the Puno District in Southern Peru. The Tres Marias property has 16 claims covering approximately 9,400 hectares (ha). Its subsidiaries include CCM EL Oro Jales, S.A. de C.V. and Minera Xali Oro S.A. de C.V.

RE:Drill Permits??

New drill permits for El Oro have never been applied for since the last PEA. The fact that the process has been applied for this early in the year is a good thing. They have applied for permits for other properties in the past though. They also have a hand in the permit process for the tailings, which Sun River gold will be processing.

The point of Agoracoms release is that they have a revenue stream now that will fund a drill program, therefore they have initiated the permit process to drill at El Oro.
