What's going on??

Any input.  In March and April  there was lots of chatter on the board  and  people saying  it's going  up and  it's cheap.  Since then  the price has dropped and  discussion  on the board  has all but dried up??

Is  this  just a 'pump and dump'  play??

Things take longer than anticipated sometimes but I hear things are moving very well.
