This has been out for a few weeks and in my opinion does not say too much beyind what is already known. Xali has these deals and some prospective good property. However , they do not have permits wjich are holding the who;e thing up!!. As i recall , the comment at the end reflects

It's a positive, but elsewhere in the interview she said that she would still be dipping into private placements to get extra cash for advancing drilling projects. Which is confusing because she also stated that other drillers were offering to come drill in exchange for a 15 percent stake in whatever they drilled up.
