I am long and agree with your second part that the free trade agreement and possible litigation is a positive. Also, there are some major players with a stake in CBJ like RB. However, the Company has $4M in cash as of its last quarter financials so that is a fact. Your $10M is wrong and not sure where you get that figure. Facts are facts.
