Let us see if the CB Gold management comes out with a news release prior to the start of the meeting on Tuesday.

If you are a registered shareholder of the Company and are unable to attend the Meeting in person, please date and execute the accompanying form of proxy for the Meeting and deposit it with Computershare Investor Services Inc. at 100 University Avenue, 9th Floor, Toronto, Ontario, M5J 2Y1, Attention: Proxy Department, before 10:00 a.m., Vancouver time, 12:00 p.m. Toronto time, on Friday, June 19, 2015, or, if the Meeting is adjourned, not later than 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) before the time for holding the adjourned Meeting.
