The BCSC often investigates based on complaint forms filed online. It is easy to access on the site. This move from management is soley to change the voting which did not go management's way. Not allowing SH's to vote on the Red Eagle offer is outrageous. The more complaints filed will have the BCSC at least put this matter on record.
