Look up financials on Sedar. Company YTD would be cash profitable based on operations alone. They are in a loss position at the moment because the reverse take over and the cost to list on stock exchange was approx 2.5 million

They also have 22 million warrants issued to initial shareholders that expire in 2018. These warrants are all at $0.35 exercise price and will generate $7.7 million in cash to the company once exercised.
