Sell at $0.38 to $0.39 and exercise a warrant at $0.35

Also read page 8 and 9 (Note 4) concerning some details of the Reverse Take Over to be able to launch the company public. There are 30,000,000 shares and 10,000,000 warrants held in escrow and will be released to public in April 2017
