RE:RE:RE:To remain halted - Yup...sorry about that. Can we blame it on a lack of coffee?
The first reply was intended to quote you. The second was TonkaDog.

I'm trying to get an understanding if the company intentionally didn't disclose informatino to initiate a halt, or something else.

Looking into it more closely, I get what you're saying. Maybe I'm just hopeful..
From a more disciplined perspective, I do agree with the lack of details and disclosures. I guess I'm just as uncertain as you are.

Me, or the rather negative, but reasonably accurate summary of this being messed up.

You will note IIROC halted the stock , not the company this time.

That means the company didn't have its ducks in a row. And that means IIROC didnt like the disclosure or the premature news release from the day before.

The last RTO I went through HNL/DXT just last year didn't require a halt AT ALL.

Ducks were not in a row.

Ducks have now been shot.

I don't know how this is a constructive post. For example, I don't think that IIROC 'likes' something or not. It's simply a matter of how news may affect stock.

In this case, we're talking about a significant RTO. The stock will likely be halted until June/July, if not longer (ie: close of the transaction).
