The current RTO comes out of nowhere but I'm looking forward for more information on this.I don't think the board and the CEO would have unanymously agreed to a RTO if it wasn't in the best interest of the shareholders.



Dan CEO of YDX is a useless clueless costly POOR LEADERSHIP that has to GO!

If this company wants to grow they need badly to force CEO  Out!

Review the history since this clueless no plan used retail pocket burner, Bad planner that ended up with nothing in return.  

He blames others for his own sign off on funding... Really i was a victim ...come on give me a break the guy old enough to stop this "ACT"
