In Canada, there is the so-called "Investment Canada Act". Under the Investment Canada Act, transactions involving foreign takeovers are automatically reviewed if their book value exceeds $312 million and the industry minister has 45 days to determine whether or not to allow the investment.

At the moment, YFI does not have the book value that needs to be reviewed.    I was reseaching and found some reference @

The technology at YFI is so innovative .... do you see that it could fall into the same category triggering a review in case there will be a sale ?  You are so close to Andrew ... what is his opinion on it ?
