That happened a very long time ago and after that the major insider sold his shares, the stock tanked and many shareholders lost tons of money and were left holding the bag.
Do your own DD and you will understand why The Market doesn't trust this company and its insiders. Just look at the history of this and you will understand why it is tanking today.
